Clan Rules, Terms & Conditions.

NOBODYUKONW as the sole creator of the clan advertisement video[1] reserves the right to accept and reject new and/or existing members, based on the following conditions. NOBODYUKONW as the published of said video and clan leader also reserves the right to alter/add/change/remove rules with or  without consultation, counsel, or prior knowledge to the other clan members.

1. Clan members will not boost - Boosting the act of two or more players collaborating and even killing each other repeatedly, usually to obtain kills/headshots/killstreaks without having to put in much effort. Usually considered cheating[2]. 

Clan Punishment for offence 1:1 = Boosting.

Kicked out of clan and complaint filed for cheating / boosting.

     2.  Clan members will not camp - Camp(ing) is the act of staying in one area of the map waiting for enemies to come into visual range[2]

Clan punishment for offence 1:2 = Camp(ing)
First offence: Oral warning (over the mic on a private chat with just the accused and clan leader and / or superior).
Second offence: Written warning by either email, XBOX live message service.
Third offence: Kicked from the clan forever.

     3. Clan members will always communicate valuable information over the mic

What constitutes as valuable information ; Hostiles heading towards a known clan members location. Hostiles heading towards an objective. Telling the clan members when your down and can no longer provide fire support / overwatch / or relay information to them from your last known field of vision.

Clan punishment for offense 1:3 = Failure to communicate
First offence: Oral warning (over the mic on a private chat with just the accused and clan leader and / or superior).
Second offence: Written warning by either email, XBOX live message service.
Third offence: Kicked from the clan forever.

      4: Clan members will pick a single word callsign from the phonetic alphabet. Alpha, Bravo and Charlie are excluded from the choice due to their use as objective locations in the Call Of Duty®™ series.

The reason for this rule is because XBOX 360®™gamertags are sometimes long and time consuming to relay information the clan members. I have posted a link to an image of the phoenetic alphabet at the bottom of the page, so pick one and stick with it. Its yours for the duration of clan membership.

Second offence: Written warning by either email, XBOX live message service.
Third offence: Kicked from the clan forever.

You must accept the terms and conditions above by signing into your google account (which you already have if you are on YouTube®) and leave a comment in the comments section below stating your gamertag, the callsign you have chosen and that you agree to the terms and conditions contained in this blog.
